Shipping the Package
Products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier specified by the seller (FAN Courier), or through another carrier, only after completing the Return Authorization Number request, which can be found online in the Customer Service area to initiate the return.
- It is not possible to exchange the selected item for another.
- Returns can be shipped using the FAN Courier specified by the seller, using the pre-printed label found in your package. This method will allow the seller to pay for the shipping on your behalf and to track your package at any time.
- Contact FAN Courier to arrange for pickup. If you decide to use another shipping agent to return the products, other than the one specified by the seller, you will need to pay for the return shipping yourself and will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the products during transport.
- Products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt. Place the pre-printed label (sent with the original order) on the outside of the package. If you cannot find the pre-printed label, you can ask the Courier to bring one when they come to collect the package. Complete it with the following information: MEDVED FAMILY SRL - www.madzerini.ro. You will be notified by email when your return is received and processed.
4. Refunds and Delivery
- Online purchases cannot be exchanged. However, you can return the order for FREE by the deadline and place a new order.
- Refunds will be made to the bank card that was charged, within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the return notification.
- The estimated delivery time will be approximately 1-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.
